Roast one part suji in ghee till before brown and keep aside.
Ghee - heat - rye - let pop - chana dal+dry red chilli+curry patta - vegetables (carrot+beans) - roast 2-3 mins - add hot water(2 parts) +salt + 1/2 lemon- bring to boil - add suji and cook for 2 mins (add water if required)
Chutney:
coconut pieces+roasted chana dal+one green chilli+ginger+milk(1-2 teaspoon) - grind - add chhownk(oil+chana dal+rye+curry patta)
